Identity Management¶
Identity management can be configured using the PixStor Cloud Admin Interface.
Joining an Active Directory¶
Join PixStor Cloud to an Active Directory domain to provide user authentication and authorisation.
Click the Add button for Domain Configuration. Enter the connection
information for the domain, and click Save.
Next, click the Initiate Domain Join button, and enter the credentials
for joining the domain, and click Submit.
Local Accounts¶
If no Active Directory is available, local accounts can be created for accessing the PixCloud storage.
Click the Add button for Local SMB Users. Enter the user
information and password, and click Submit.
Once added, the password for a user can be changed by clicking
on the Edit button for that user account.
